On August 9, 2025, at the Au Co Art Center – No. 8 Huynh Thuc Khang Street – Ba Dinh – Hanoi, the “Vietnam Famous Trademark – Competitive Trademark, Pioneering Enterprise in Innovation 2025” certification ceremony took place as part of the “Consulting and Voting Program for Vietnam Famous Trademark – Competitive Trademark, Pioneering Enterprise in Innovation 2025” (the Program). The Program was organized by the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association and was broadcast live on Hanoi Radio and Television.
A trademark recognized as a “Vietnam Famous Trademark – Competitive Trademark” must meet the evaluation criteria set out in Article 75 of the 2005 Intellectual Property Law. Priority is given to trademarks attached to products that are unique, have rapid and strong growth, high market influence, serve as key export products, and are favored in developed economies. The trademark owners, whether individuals or organizations, must meet criteria on competitiveness, quality management of products and services, proactivity in overcoming challenges, and active participation in social activities.
“Pioneering Enterprises in Innovation” are those that, during their operations, production, and business activities, constantly innovate in thinking, creativity, and development; apply achievements, technical solutions, technology, and management solutions to adapt effectively to market fluctuations; achieve rapid growth; play a leading role in the economy; and contribute to preserving cultural identity and ensuring social welfare—especially in the context of the nation entering a new era.
Within the framework of the Program, PVI was honored in both the “Vietnam Famous Trademark – Competitive Trademark” and “Pioneering Enterprise in Innovation” categories for 2025.
